About the Foundation

The Massey University Foundation exists to enable excellence at Massey. Its role is to foster philanthropy and administrate gifts to the University to ensure Massey University continues to be a world-leading institution that is committed to solving the big issues.

Since its establishment in 2004, the Massey University Foundation has steadily grown year-on-year and has paid out an impressive $10 million to benefit the University, its students and staff.

Our Mission

The Foundation’s goal is to create an endowment fund that will exist in perpetuity ensuring Massey University remains a self-reliant institution at the forefront of teaching and research. The work we do enables excellence at Massey University by providing private funding for projects of strategic importance to the University such as innovative research, academic chairs, student scholarships and infrastructure.
